Grammie Carol

Not too many people could say this, but one of my heroes is my mother-in-law. She is an amazing woman. She is a gifted educator. She loves God and her love for God flows through her to everyone around her. And she is a wonderful grandma to our girls and to their cousins.

Right now Grammie Carol is hurting. She has a ruptured disc in her back that has her on bed rest. It is really cramping her style (she is a consumate doer). Her "condition" also has been a tremendous blessing as she has been forced to stop! and trust God. She and God have been spending lots of time together. And one of the best things is that she had to completely give over care of her parents to the Care Facility. All good things.

Now if we could only get her off bed rest so she could watch our kids again:)!
