Venting a Bit

Two weeks ago I ordered some books from Amazon. They still have not arrived, so today I went online to check out the status of the books....only to be in shock when the delivery date is set for December 9! There is no way I should have to wait over two months for books, even if I did use the super saver. This is ridiculous. I have since been looking all over the Amazon site for a phone number so I can talk to one of these geniuses.
